- 15 oz can of pigeon peas
- 3 cups Water
- 1 tbsp chicken boullion
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 2 cups parboiled rice
- 1 sprig of cilantro left whole, with stem and leaves
- 2-3 Banana leaf sheets
