Biscoff Hot Chocolate
Perfect for a cozy winter night when you need something sweet and hot to keep you warm

Ingredients
For the hot chocolate

cups
chocolate milk

tbsp
Biscoff spread
any brand will work
1
tbsp
cocoa powder
unsweetened
1/2
tsp
salt
1-2
oz
bourbon
optional for adults
For the toppings
whipped cream
crushed Biscoff cookies
Instructions
Heat chocolate milk in a pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Don’t let it boil.
Add cocoa powder and Biscoff spread. Whisk until smooth and fully melted.
Add vanilla, and a pinch of salt, and stir to combine.
Once heated, remove from the stove and stir in bourbon (if using).
Once the waffles are done, remove them from the iron and place on a serving dish.
Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with crushed cookies.
Enjoy your hot chocolate!
