Biscoff Hot Chocolate

Perfect for a cozy winter night when you need something sweet and hot to keep you warm

Ingredients

For the hot chocolate

  • 2 cups chocolate milk
  • 2 tbsp Biscoff spread any brand will work
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1-2 oz bourbon optional for adults

For the toppings

  • whipped cream
  • crushed Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  • Heat chocolate milk in a pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Don’t let it boil.
  • Add cocoa powder and Biscoff spread. Whisk until smooth and fully melted.
  • Add vanilla, and a pinch of salt, and stir to combine.
  • Once heated, remove from the stove and stir in bourbon (if using).
  • Once the waffles are done, remove them from the iron and place on a serving dish.
  • Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with crushed cookies.
  • Enjoy your hot chocolate!
