Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add meat and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes. Add your seasonings and combine.
Move ground meat to the side of the pan and add onions. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until onions have softened.
Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring often. Lower the temperature and continue to cook until the meat has cooked through and the sauce has thickened, about 10-15 minutes.
